We are reminded that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. It all begins with faith. If you can believe it, you can achieve it, because all things are possible in Christ. As you commit to your wellness journey, trust God, trust yourself, and trust the process. It does not yet appear what shall be, but what shall be will certainly come to pass.
